Logistics & Export Specialist

Your responsibilities

Preparation of export documents for goods subject to authorization in accordance with customs and export regulations
Processing ATLAS export declarations and handling BAFA-related procedures
Handling of international imports, including customs clearance
Communication with freight forwarders, customer logistics departments, distributors, and authorities
Review of freight documents and accompanying paperwork
Deadline monitoring and ensuring on-time deliveries
Posting and storage of incoming goods
Packaging and shipping of our lasers, spare parts, and accessories

Your Qualifications

Completed vocational training in freight forwarding, logistics, or wholesale and foreign trade, or a comparable qualification with experience in operational logistics, including import/export
Experience in export and customs processes (ATLAS/AEB is an advantage)
Confident use of MS Office
Good written and spoken English skills
A structured and independent working style
A team player with a hands-on mentality
