bei EdgeWave maßgeblich an der Planung, Produktion

Laser beteiligt. Denn du sorgst unter anderem für

Lasermodelle mit der entsprechenden Software

Your responsibilities

  • Manufacturing of mechanical precision parts made from aluminum, stainless steel, and copper
  • Programming, setup, and operation of 3-axis CNC milling machines
  • Creating and modifying CNC programs
  • Conventional milling and turning of individual parts and small batches
  • Care, maintenance, and setup of the machines
  • Operation, setup, and monitoring of production systems (laser cutting, optical manufacturing)

 

Your Qualifications

  • Completed training as a cutting machine operator (Zerspanungsmechaniker), industrial mechanic, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in operating 3-axis CNC milling machines
  • Knowledge of CNC programming, ideally with Mastercam
  • Experience with Siemens controls is desirable
  • Confident operation of conventional milling and turning machines
  • Reading and implementing technical drawings
  • Careful, independent, and reliable working style
  • Ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility

To strengthen our production team, we are looking for dedicated employees (m/f/d) who enjoy precise work. The main focus of the role is the preparation of optical components as well as the operation of technical production systems.

Your responsibilities

  • Cleaning and preparation of sensitive optical components according to defined processes
  • Operation and monitoring of automated production systems
  • Monitoring process parameters and product quality
  • Documentation of production data
  • Measurement and quality control of components (e.g. using optical measuring systems such as Keyence)
  • Participation in the continuous improvement of processes

 

Dein Profil

  • Completed technical or skilled trade training (e.g. precision mechanic, mechatronics technician, optician) – career changers with a technical background are also welcome
  • Basic technical understanding and interest in machinery
  • Experience in working with production system control interfaces
